Recovering Browser History

Dear Geeks,

I wanted to ask some of you if it is possible to recover deleted browser history that is over 1 month old. My company is trying to find out if an ex-employee downloaded the viruses I wiped off the computer and if we can access the history we'd know if it was him because he was the only worker in that office when he was there. Is there any way to recover the history or track the timeline of a virus/malware infection through its deletion log in AVG?
