Recovering Deleted Files From Memory Stick

Quick answer and advice needed, please.

1. Can I recover files and folders deleted from a Memory Stick?

2. How?

School kids in Lancashire may not need to know their course work has been accidentally deleted and will have to be re-submitted if I get a quick answer.

Looks an awesome beast, but none of the files my wife deleted off the stick appeared on the list despite there being files deleted 5 years ago appearing - methinks she used a different stick, doh!!:liar
