Recovering Outlook Mail

I have outlook 2003 and accidentally deleted my inbox, then emptied my deleted box. I thought it was my sent box, not my inbox.
Is there ANY way to get it back? I tried the help link on outlook going to regedit and DWORD and Dumpster ALways On but there is still no Recover deleted items on my tools list. HELP!!! Thanks

 

Look under the tool menu in Outlook for something like recover deleted items, sorry don't have Outlook 2003 at home, but know its there somewhere. I've used it when I got delete happy. Also try right clicking the Deleted Mail folder and see if any options come up. Sorry I can't be more help.

"Note After you create the DumpsterAlwaysOn registry entry, you can recover items that were deleted after the registry entry was created. You cannot recover items that were deleted before the DumpsterAlwaysOn registry entry was added."

Only other thing if really important to you is try a data recovery program from the Data Recovery download section here.
