Recovering recovery partitation with recovery cd after deleting the whole hdd

Hi, does anyone know about how I can solve this issue
I were getting these messages on the laptop about the "recovery partion" that there was less than 15 % storage left. Therefor I tried to fix it by expanding it. It went completly wrong somehow
and i lost everything. Now i have formated the laptop and installed windows again. But now i don't have any "recovery partition" anymore.

Does anybody have any idea about how to restore it or get it back somehow?

The cds that i got are called:
Operating System DVD: Windows vista bussines SP1 (32-bit software)
Application and Driver Recovery DVD: (32 & 64- bit) for Windows vista
Operating System DVD: Windows Vista Business SP1 (64-bit)

Operting System CD: Multiple User interface Pack for use with Microsoft windows Xp professional Sp2

The short answer is you can't. You have formatted and re-installed Windows.

The good news is you have the discs. In future all you have to do when there's a major problem is load the Windows Vista DVD and do a repair. Your programs and personal files will be untouched.
With a recovery partition, Windows is re-installed along with all the junk programs from the PC manufacturer, and you will have to re-install all your programs and restore all your personal files - if you backed them up.

FYI I have repaired both Windows XP and 7 using the original discs.
