recovery data ,is getdataback still the best?

Hi

about recovery data is still getdataback the best ?

i did a short test on a different hard disk ntfs

i delete a file shift+delete

i did run getdataback and it was able to recover

i did the test again

i delete the file only delete ->moved to reclycle bin ->delete with cleaner ,delete type normal faster

getdataback was not able to revover this file

outside the test is getdataback still the best program or there is something better?

i know r-studio , never used , but read lots of goods

i don't talk about freeware ,but paid software
