Recovery of Deleted User Account

    I inadvertently deleted a user account that was set up by a program I installed. Now, I can't open the program and I think perhaps this deletion is the problem. Is there a way to recovery this and its related files. I tried using "Undelete Plus" but I don't know enough about file names to recognize any that it came up with. The user account was HP Update Access, Limited Account, Password Protected. (XP Pro, SP2)
