Recovery programs

Hi everyone , been ages since I last posted !
Okay I have a digital camera and I would like to recover files from the memory card that have been recently deleted..
Now I have tryed MANY recovery programs with no luck with the programs recognizing the USB ..they only show recovery from my hard drive(s)
Some of the programs even say they recover digital photos from camera memory cards!

anyone know of a program that detects the compact flash card ?

 

no good...already tryed it ...

I have updated my camera via the canon website ...still nothing ..

in my computer ( win XP ) my camera doesnt come up under removable stotage ..it comes up under scanners and camera's ..I know thats the problem ..but have NO idea how to associate it with removable storage

 

R-Studio will. I used to do data recovery for a major company, and we would use that for deleted files/lost file systems.

...and so will Ontrack's EZ Recovery, now that I think about it. However, both of those aren't free.
