    Hey,

I'm on a wireless network at home with two roommates and we have 5 pc's on the network between the three of us.

I decided to share my music folder with them which wasn't the smartest thing I've done in a long time. Basically, one of my roommates must have deleted them without realizing they were deleting my files. :cry
They denied it of course, but I should have made a backup before sharing them.

Anyways, is there anyway of recovring that data off my drive. It was my second hard drive ( D: ) where I store all my music, videos, etc. Would easy recovery work on a drive that windows isn't on? Or any other programs?

    James

Yes, It should work. You are in a good position to recover your files since they are on a separate drive. Just make sure you install the program to C: this should be done by default. Another good program and its free is PC INSPECTORâ„¢ File Recovery

Has the recycle bin been emptied since the files were deleted ? If not, you could restore them from there.

Yes it has, but I'll try easy recovery and let you guys know how it turns out.

    Thanks for the reply btw.
