Well, I just did a check on the status of the hardware in my PC, which I do regularly, and noticed in my +12V column, the value is showing up in red with a value of 5.58V

    Any suggestions?

Not that olds but does your computer run 24/7 ???

If yes maybe time for a new one, your voltage do you read it in the bios
or with a program i knows some program have a hard time reading the voltage correctly !!!!!

The best thing is to take a voltmeter to check.....

It usually runs a good 12-15 hrs a day, and I am reading it through PC Alert 4 which is a program that came with my MSI mobo, I think it might be a program error, because it has always displayed my CPU fan as running at 0RPM, lol.

if your 12v is running around 5v it should even boot so im guessing its misreading the voltage. Check it in the BIOS or with speedfan
