I have Windows XP and two hard drives running. I need to tell XP to send all downloads to my F: drive to a specified folder, say downloads, so I know where to look for them when I complete a download.
    Any Help?

It's your browser, not your OS that sets this location. In IE you will always be asked where you want to save a file, the default being the last location you used. In Firefox you set the default location on the Main tab of Tools > Options.

    Hi

Just to add to Earthlings post on where IE saves download, indeed its the last known location you set so if you browse for a location you wish to save downloads too, I choose a D: drive and downloads folder and IE always saves to that location, however if you use a file/PC cleaning app like CCleaner then you need to untick "last download locatio" from its cleaning options as it will reset this to Windows default location.
