Redirect Virus/Win32:Rloader-B

Hi, my computer was recently infected with what I guess is malware. Malwarebytes found 2 infections, "General Malware", and "Shuriken".

My web browser is being redirected, and it now loads very slow. Also, whatever this is seems to be crashing my video card driver, and now it has to keep recovering. I do not see any processes running that i do not recognize, and it takes a long time to load any websites. It also seems to keep me from downloading most things. I deleted the 2 infections that Malwarebytes found, and I now have Avast running. So far it has found 1 infection. After deleting the 2 infections found by Malwarebytes, nothing seems to have changed. Opening my web browser now makes my computer almost unusable. It loads very slow, and redirects. Please help. Thanks.

Avast found Win32:Rloader-B, and is atempted to delete it. It then did a boot-time scan, but was unable to remove the infection as far as I could tell.


I am attaching the Combofix, DDS, Gmer, and HiJackthis logs.

Please help. I am desperate. Thanks.
