Reducing resolution of a video.

    I have a video I'd like to shrink filesize of (to upload online), and since it looks a bit fuzzy when fullsize anyways, I figure the best way to do it is to reduce the resolution.

    Does anybody know how to do this, exactly? (I'd download FREE programs to do it, but I already use VirtualDub and Avidemux and I probably missed the options somewhere.)

    virtual dub should do it....it's been a while since i've used vdub, but i'm sure it does it???

    edit:
    maybe not, i'm looking at virtual dub right now and i cant seem to find an option to change the resolution...
