Reference 1.1.4 install?

hello geeks.
I have been surfing the net to figure out how to integrate the reference flac encoder in to winamp.
But i am as green as ....
it is only my second laptop.and i know i can get the audio,using foobar and i have it installed,but i love both players(aimp3 also) and i find it very interesting to get something to work,that not is supposed to,anyway i can not figure it out and i would be exstremly graitfull if someone could explain it like i am a 6 year old.
