    Hi

Could you give us the model version of the Medion PC? and what version of Windows and Service Pack you are using?

also follow the below as written and attach the log as this will give us info on what hardware devices for Audio, Network and Video are in that PC, so we can advise on the drivers needed.

Download and install Everest to find this info, at times a summary log of your PC can help, to do this

    Hi,
here are the drivers for your system...

    1.) http://download.sis.com/download/download_step1.php video driver

    2.) http://download.sis.com/download/download_step1.php audio driver

3.) this is the link to your systems driver page for your Network drivers, I am not sure as to which one of these is needed for your machine but you will need to find out as one is for wireless and one is for ethernet, though your report shows that you are using a belkin usb controller.......

    http://download.sis.com/download/

hope this is of some assistance.

    Thanks for that.

Ive downloaded the video and the audio files however i cant seem to download the drivers. I get different error messages.

When I try the video setup it says cannot find a suitable driver. Ive tried by adding new hardware through control panel and selecting the winxp folder. It says the wizard cant find the software.

With the audio i click on setup and goes to the sis audio setup page, i press to download then i get an error message -536870397.
Ive tried going through control panel aswell and it says the wizard cant find the software.

Would be okay if i dont add a driver for the network as my internet is working good at the moment. Im running my modem through a belkin usb/ethernet adapter as my computer doesnt have an ethernet that works.

    Thanks

Ive fixed the audio situation by googling as this problems come up many times. I downloaded a realtek audio driver.

Still need to figure the video.
