   Hi,
   
   I reformatted my pc last night and reinstalled windows xp. everything seemed ok, then when i installed bt software, I could not get online. There are no network connections and no IP address when i run ipconfig. Can anyone help. Tried reformatting 2 more times, same outcome.:wave

   Most likely there is an error with your network card drivers. Check Device Manager to ensure that the card is working properly.
