I like the Registry tool that comes with VCom's (www.v-com.com) System Suite or FixIt utilities. SS is my favorite toolkit for Win. As others, I also use CCleaner available for free right here at the Geeks'. Best shipped price I've found on SS6 is at Provantage.com but I haven't checked eBay.

I forgot, M$'s free registry cleaner might still be available to download. For a while there they were waffling about keeping it posted - IDK if they did or not. It doesn't do a lot but it is usually safe to use. Always back up your registry anyway. M$'s regclean may take several passes before it finds nothing more to remove.

MS RegistryClean is out of date and isnt supported anymore by microsoft. I would just go with the above posts to choose a registry cleaner.

FYI: RegClean has never been supported by M$ - it was always one of their use-at your-own-risk freebies like their Power Toys/Tools.
