What is it? It uses a lot of my memory and when I try to close it, it just opens back up? Should I get rid of it? and if so how?

 

ran a full system scan with AVG or Avast virus scanners?
checked for spyware with ad-aware?

 

Did a google search. Only 1 hit. Looks like a trojan. I suggest that you post this on MG's Spyware forum.

Looks like you will need a HiJack log post of your PC to enable the experts to analyze your infected PC. Download HiJackThis from MG and post your log. Sorry cannot assist further. Bazza
