RegClean Pro "teaser" has taken over my PC

RegClean Pro has come onto my 1 month old laptop and, by itself, it scans my registry at will, blocking my screen. It asks for money to download t
he full program. I don't want it. I called the phone # they have on their teasre and got the bowels of India. Pay for the program or pay us to get rid of the teaser is what they said, in essence. It is not in my "add/delete programs". Revo and Iobit cannot find it to delete. It came on with an offering from MajorGeeks for a "free" key to this program. I got no key; just this grief. Hewlett Packard says they can't get into my PV via remote because this is blocking them. I cannot hook up Windows help & Assistance because this blocks them, too. The only answer that I've gotten came from an "expert" from Microsoft who suggested I either delete and re-install the operating system (beyond my knowledge) or see if I can return my new laptop to where it was purchased. HELP, PLEASE!
