Registry cleaner

I have two computers one that has win 98 se and the other has XP. I am looking for a good free registry cleaner that I can use to clean out my registry with out screwing every thing up. I use to use regedit (I believe that is what it was called). I am now looking for a very good but free registry cleaner. Thanks in advance for your help. BanC

 

If you used to use RegEdit, and liked it, this is supposed to be a good replacement for that program.
