Registry cleaning

Hi folks, well I downloaded Reg.Cleaner, but it's hard to tell what to keep and what to throw away. I made a backup but I'm still wondering what to get rid of. Any suggestions fellow geeks.

 

Err well any program you know you've deleted like a game and you see a registry entry from it, get rid of it. Symantec likes to keep registry entries and so do many other AV and firewalls. Just look at the name and see if you remember uninstalling it.

I did that already, but I'm still not shure about the others. The first shot ismy backup, the second one is a shot of the ones I'm not shure about(the dark ones)

I just run the registry cleanup in tools and pick do them all. Then just delete whatever it finds.
However I do delete entries like you're if I know that program is either deleted or no longer in use.

 

You still use KAV and ZA? If not get rid of those entries.

 

Reg Cleaner is OK but the updated version of JV Org is better and shows what is safe to remove with a green light
