    hi.

when we purchase a new hard disk, the registry is in its pure condition. but after passage of time, installing and uninstalling softwares etc, it becomes complicated or had many errors. is there any software or method which could reset the registry into its default or original form so that the performance could be better..........................thanks.

    Hi

Not really as if you reset the registry back to say how it was on an original install of Windows, then you will loose the registry entries for many applications you have installed, thus causing the PC to be unstable.

You can use registry cleaning apps that will remove old and unused left over entries from uninstalled apps and updates etc which can add a small bit of performance back but I will say its minute in reality.

    Some apps here

If you are getting registry errors and performance issues you have other PC problems in that reguard, so error messages etc would be needed to help with those. Maybe some basic PC cleaning steps like these HERE
