Do not use Registry Operator posted as a link on www.majorgeeks.com. I just used it and it erased many necessary registry keys and wouldn't restore unless I paid $29.99. I had to do a system restore through Windows XP.

    This is Fraud.

Before you make wild accusations, do you bother to read the help file or EULA?

Did it automatically erase keys and hold you to ransom, or did you click on it to erase the keys without having a clue on what you were doing?

All programs here are tested, but they can't test against user errors.

Anyway, when working with the Registry you should always make a backup, regardless of the program.
