Registry Problem or is it?

I've just ran the recistry Mechanic i saw listed on this site. It's only found one problem that i can see so i don't really fancy spending $30 to fix it if i dont need too lol. Can anyone tell me if i can just delete this from my registry or do i need to put a code in? Thanx Nightshade.
