registry programs

    i have been running jv16 and registry healer for many months now with no problems. all of a sudden as i run each program as they scan they will shut down the laptop everything else is running fine on this xp home pentium 4. any thoughts thanks

    HI, I have used JV16 for years with no trouble. It also has backups if you wish to restore them Peace Mal

    for the reply restored recent backups it seems that scanning shuts dowwn the system it did it w/spybot last night but not w/systemworks. i'll see what happens thanks, tho
