Registry Repair

I got the /WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM currupt or missing error so I proceded to repair this problem using microsoft method http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=307545 everythin went well exept for I did not have any system restore files in the System Volume Information folder other that the one that was just created. The only registry files I have are the currupt ones that I backed up during the repair procedure, I want to know if there is any programs that can repair these currupt regestry backups.

 

Actually the only thing that needs to be repaired is the system file the software,sam,default,security, registry files seem to be working, just the system fiels seems to be the only one that is corrupt.
