Registry Restore Messed up..

I really screwed up my computer by clicking on Registry Restore. Now everything is back to the original settings of when I bought my computer. Granted, I still have all of my newest files and programs, but half of the programs don't work. I couldn't get IE to work, but I ran lspfix and now it functions properly... except I can't get into hotmail. It won't let me install a new desktop theme either.

I am lost.
