Registry Tools

I just finished reading the list of Registry tools and it just added to my confusion. I currently have Zone Alarm (free), Ad aware 6.0, and McAfee Office 2000 Pro for Windows 95/98. Isn't McAfee designed to check and clean the registry? Second note. I looked for Registry Cleaner JV16 Power Tools in the listing, but did not see it. Is it possibly listed by a different name? When I right click start and select Explore the list of folders that opens contains the following duped files under both My Computer and (C): Drive. Is there a valid reason for the duplication?

and you didn't provide the list of "duplicate files"..though in the drive listing there are shortcuts to such things as my documents etc..
