RegistryCleanfix2008 problems

installed registryclean2008 ran it bought it but i cant get the reg key to run repairs try to go to site and says web site is down did i get riped off

Probably. There are many free registry cleaners available that are reliable, trustworthy products. Besides, cleaning the registry really isn't going to boost performance, in spite of what all the BS all over the internet may say. IMHO you should uninstall the program you paid for, but keep the installer and the registration code for it, just in case it does turn out to be a legitimate company. If you paid with a credit card number, keep a VERY close eye on your billing statements, check it online for any erroneous (strange) unknown/unauthorized activity.

I recently worked on a PC infected with MonaRonaDona which is associated with RegistryCleanFix2008. If you do a Google search for it, 9 out 10 hits will be to "warez" and "cracks" sites that we all know are always loaded with malware.

 

Yeeks!!! They got me too. The same thing happened to me. Bought it and then no key given to complete the reg. Oh well...I removed it from my computer and installed one recommended by GEEKS. Thanks!
