RegScrubXP

I downloaded this software - regscrubXP and used the scan. Now I have no idea which items to delete. I have read on numerous occasions not to use a registry cleaner that it can do more harm than good. What is your take on this. My computer right now is sooooooo slow and drags on opening any web pages. I am at my wits end as to what is wrong, so I read about this and decided to download it.
Can yo tell me which items are safe to delete and that might be causing this slowdown?

Just do an aggressive scan and clean out all the items, and if you get any problems just restore from the backup

Heres a tip: ALWAYS back up before you do any modification to your registry
