RegSeeker???

I had ran the Regseeker to see what entries I had. When it was done running, I came up with 362 entries with saying either of these actions below. What bothers me most is just what entries can I delete and what entries I shouldn't delete. This is a tricky area and I sure would not want to remove something than could play havoc on my pc. Further below is what kind of PC I am using--if that helps. Can anyone tell me what or which type of action would be safe to delete from the ones that are below? Any and all help would be greatly thankful.

File or Path does not exist
Extension not used
Filetype not used
Obsolete entry
Invalid application path
DLL file does not exist

One of these was at the end of of each registry.

RegSeeker is in my experience pretty foolproof but remember to tick the backup box in the bottom before you do the deed. If you are at all concerned - take out a few at a time, but it seems to me that your registry is seriously overdue for a jolly good cleanup. If you are still concerned then download ERUNT (here at MG) and use it as an additional backup before giving RegSeeker it's head - but again I consider it's a very safe program from my experience
