Reinstall Windows XP SP2?

    Is it possible to reinstall the XP SP2? My computer wont install it because it thinks it already has it. But something happened during the install and there are a few things that dont work now. I get an error when I try to bring up the firewall. I thought that best thing to do is to reinstall SP2. Does anyone know how I can do this?

    Ray, what was the error you got? It most likely is not necessary to reinstall the OS.

    SP2 can be uninstalled from Add/Remove Programs. I wouldn't recommend it, from personal experience only, as it was a messy experience.
