Reinstalled Panda Platinum 7 and still getting the CGI error... What next?

Well I reinstalled Panda Platinum 7 and I am still getting that same damn error. It's a CGI error... What do I do next? I know that it is was free, but hell I have it for a year and don't want to waste something that was given to me for free, but I can't update it even from a fresh install

Yep tried there CS and no I never got a response back... waiting on responses to three e-mails to them. I guess it is time to move on and I have seen that the updates are posted here, but I would rather just run the updater right from the AV itself... much easier that way I think. What is another good free Anti-Virus program?

 

I'm still running it, I commend it for its excelent file cleaning and file protection, but you may have noticed my strange BSOD which seems related to it which I posted here a moment ago. I've had the CGI error before, I re-installed and it dissapeared. I think it might have somthing to do with their server rather than your app.

I ditched AVG a while ago, since it just seemed to not detect nearly enough viruses (my friend had about 7 different viruses on his computer, AVG came up with nothing... hmm) and Avast and a2 rubbed me the wrong way (couldnt get comfortable with the interface)
