Reinstalling Windows XP SPK3

    Some crazy reason my computer went into safe mode. After trying F8 and basically all the options to restore windows xp. After this didn't help, I decided to reinstall Windows XP SPK3 Installation disk. It gave me the option to fix the excising installation. When it had finished it went to restart. When Windows come back on. It was now in safe mode and Windows set up wouldn't run. Now we have a never ending circle of trying to set up to rebooting due to safe mode. Geeeeez any ideas.
