Does anyone know of free software that i can use to access XP computers from a remote location for support purposes WITHOUT logging of the local user. Local user can be at their computer and they can watch me control their computer. I know PC anywhere does it, any others??

VNC is an open-source (freeware) remote control package that allows both the local and remote users see the same screen/activity. I use it at work to control all the machines in the building. IMO, it beats the hell out of pcAnywhere, too.

If you're really interested, google it, and you will find several different variations. I use Real VNC, which I have linked you to, but there may be even better!
