Remote Assistance error

I would like to try the remote assistance support thing on Windows XP home edition but everytime i click on the invatiation thing i get the error below, i have the internet connection firewall turned off, and i have admistrator rights.

 

I am pretty sure WinXP Home is a client-only.

 

Please clarify,,, are you trying to get home support through remote viewing to your computers manafacture ,I have a gateway laptop that has this option, also running XP home,,For them to see your system settings and try to support you online???...If not and just trying to view your system from a remote area,,,,,its a whole differat story,,,thats why I ask,,,Glenn
