Remote Assistance help needed

    I am in need of help via remote Assistance. i have tried getting the experts in the diferent forums to guide me to solve issues i have with my computers. so far, it has not worked.

    I need someone knowledgeable about computers to assist me..I need this help in an urgewnt matter.

    i have obtained this help via RA before free of charge by persons that love to help and have the knowledge.. However.. they are no longer online for varied reasons and I have no way to be contacted.

    i hope someone will respond in a positive matter.

    if someone is really interested in helping, I will provide the details when we chat.

    it is really too extensive to go into details here.. as it has not yielded nresults before.

    Thanks for yourprompt reply. Hoever, that is not what I am requesting.

    I need someone that has the time and a willingness to share knowledge about computers to help me. It must be someone who really loves computers and loves to HELP. :eek: rolleyes :wave :cry :(

    it depends on what it is, and what all you want to know/do? do you have an msn acct, so you can "ask for remote assistance"? also, what is your os (xp)? - sos

    Thks for your prompt reply. sosaman. Sorry.. I was unaware that my pms were turned off. I have just turned them on.. so.. send the message. I tried to sned you a PM but system claims I need to have posted 100 posts to be able to send PMs, which is really absurd.

    I have Windows XP Home and I have Windows live Messenger.

    I believe you will be better helped by stating any problems you are having. This is the nature of the forums..so that your problem may become a guide for some else' problems.

    I have already explained that my situation is too complicated to go into explanations here. I simply need to know if someone can share their experience and their time helping me via Remote Assistance. i have already stated, in addition.. that previous attempts to try to resolve my issues via the posting of posts have proved, frankly, pointless.

    I had one person that responded positively to my request but was unable to control my puter via Remote Assistance(Win live Messenger).

    I hope to hear from all you experts.. real soon.

    I had one of the users of this forum who read my post attemp to help me using Win Live Messenger's Remote Assistance.

    However, we were unable to connect.

    Any other volunteers? Thanks.

    I am sorry but asking a member to engage in remote assistance would open them up to possible malware infections....seeing as you have not given any indication as to what your issues are.
