Remote Assistance

    My Friends: I am trying to establish Remote Assistance between 2 computers in a home network behind a router. Both computers have Windows XP Pro. I can send and receive emails between computers without a problem, but when I send an invitation email for permission it is never received. Port 3389shows as listening. I tried different solutions found on the internet, but no luck so far. Anyone has any tangible, working solutions? Thank you.
