Remote assistance

    Well when I try to send an invite out I get an error message back saying that I need a valid domain name in the address " it shows a B with qoutes and...501 something. The address I'm using is valid. The check is in to allow invites to be sent... Any ideas???

    Do you have " marks before and after the address? If only one, add the other one or delete both.

    No...well I dont think so, it's a user thats asking for help and cant get though...he told me that he gets this error message. Now that being said I did get a email and when I try to connect I get this "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again." I told the user to disable their FWall..their on dsl. I just dont understand.
