I'm trying to help someone on her PC
    She's running XP
I asked her to send me an invitation via REMOTE ASSISTANCE
    She doesnt have R.A.
    wha?

    not there
Is there a way that I can send HER email and SHE clicks on it and invites me in?

Every Windows XP version has Remote Assistance.

If she cannot find the start menu, you can access it from Help and Support.

Correct me if im wrong, but i think you need to use remote desktop which is not available in XP home.

    ^-^-^ totally agrees :D

use the trial version of remote administrator. can be found here for download: http://www.download.com/Remote-Administrator/3000-7240_4-10298634.html?tag=lst-0-4

get her to download and install it, set a password, then you download / install and use the viewer to set up a connection with her ip, then connect and use her password - voila'!

Guys, she can use Remote Assistance for what they need, which was the original post.

Remote Assistance does not equal Remote Desktop.
