    Hello HullStorage.

The PC you are trying to access is it also a Vista PC or is it Windows XP?
Also has remote connections been enabled on the PC your attempting to connect to?
Do you have the appropriate ports open on your software/hardware firewall?
And last, are both you and the other PC within the same network?

    Thanks,

Well, typically under your Windows Firewall, you would need to either allow the Remote Connection, or open ports TCP 135 (I do believe), and that also will do it.

To be on the safe side and testing purposes, try disabling both of the Windows Firewalls, and try again.
