I am running Windows 2003 Server, several computers remotely connect to via a work-group, All the sudden the connections will time out and the only way I have found to reset it, is to shut the server down and restart it, then the remote computers will connect again but only for a short time and it will time out or shut off again and none of the remote computers can establish a connection. I do not know what is causing this problem, any help would be appreciated.

I have had no experience with Server 2003 but this behaviour in a PC would usually be as a result of one or more power settings. I would assume that they are accessed via Control Panel.

I found the problem, it was a firewall issue. Thanks for the help and or suggestions.
