Remote Desktop Connection Failure Persists In Spite Of All Efforts

I used to do Remote Desktop Connection to a remote server, and it was always successful.
Then last week the server's lease ended and I was given access to another server.
They say it is a faster and much more powerful server.
However, I have serious and persistent problem trying to access the new sever.
When I attempt to do a Remote Desktop Connection to the new server, it gives me this error:

I have been told that other users can successfully connect to the new server.
When I reported this problem, I was instructed to make these changes to the Group policy on my computer, which I did:

Please note that I use Windows 10 Home edition which does not have group policy editor, but I followed the instructions on this page:
    https://www.itechtics.com/easily-enable-group-policy-editor-gpedit-msc-in-windows-10-home-edition/
and successfully installed it and made the necessary changes to the Group Policy (as shown in the screen print above).
    Then I rebooted my computer.
Then I tried again to Remote Desktop connect to the new server, and it continues to give me the same error (the first screen print above)
Since I made those changes to the Group Policy (yesterday), I have shut down my computer and turned it back on several times, and the problem persists.
Please note that I can use my computer (the same computer) to do a Remote Desktop Connection to another server. But, I cannot do a Remote Desktop Connection to this new server.
I need to connect to the new server.
    What should I do?
    I am so desperate.
    Please help.
    Thank you.

You could try and download TeamViewer which is what I currently use for remote desktop connections.

Have you contacted the server people to make sure it's not on their end? You can connect to a server and had no problem with the previous server setup. The only change seems to be on their end.

I have contacted my manager (who is located remotely). He has contacted the server provider, and they have told him that everything is fine.
My manager and other colleagues located in his office had the same problem connecting to the new server, but their problem was immediately resolved as soon as they did make those changes in the Group policy Editor.
I made the exact same changes in Group policy Editor as I explained in my initial post, but my problem persists.
Here I am repeating the same print screen that I provided in the initial post:

This is what I did and didn't solve the problem.
And this is what I was told what everybody else did, and solved THEIR problem.
I don't know why it solved everybody else's problem but not mine.
    Please help

Also, it is true that the only change is on THEIR end (the server)
The change is that I used to connect to an OLD server up until last week.
    And it was successful.
They got rid of that old server and provided a very NEW server.
This is the change that has happened.
Now, I cannot connect to the new server.
I have updated my Windows (Now it is up to date) and I have also made those changes to Group policy editor.
But, I still cannot connect to the new server.
    Please help

    On this page:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TeamViewer
It says: "TeamViewer and similar services have been used to commit technical support scams".
How can I use it without being infected with viruses?
How can I protect myself against malware when I use TeamViewer?
Also it says: "In March 2017, UK ISP TalkTalk Group blocked the TeamViewer service to protect its customers from from these type of scams. It remains blocked as of May, 2018."
If it is blocked, how can I use it?
How can you yourself use it if it is blocked?
    Am I missing something?

    Please help.
I keep trying to do a Remote Desktop Connection to a new server.
    But, it never connects.
It keeps giving me this error:

This is while I can connect to another server successfully.
It is just the new server that I cannot connect.
What should I do to connect to the new server?
    Please help.

Because Teamviewer is easy for novices to use, scammers have utilized it to trick victims into giving them access to their PCs. It's not that Teamviewer is flawed, people were foolish enough to allow unknown parties access to their computers.
Know who's at the other end of the connection.
That ISP doesn't allow it to be used on their network. It still works on all the other ISPs.

I don't think Teamviewer is a good fit for what you're trying to do anyways.
