Remove 3rd Party App From Fb Business Page

I am trying to remove a 3rd party application from a Facebook business page and I am unable to figure out how. I see how to do it on a personal page, but the applications I am trying to remove don't have an on/off tab or any way to edit that I can find on the business page. For example, it has a link to schedule an appointment that goes to a 3rd part software that we no longer use, but I can't find where to remove it. Can anyone help?
