Remove DAP

Please respond via falconrising@hotmail.com. DAP has kidnapped my other email. When I try to open an email in Incredi Mail a download button appears and asks me if I want to use regular or accellarated. When I choose either, which I shouldn't have to do, I am given a messsage the web page is not available.
Have tried to remove Download Accelerater Plus through the standard removal method. It does not work. How can I get this rascal off of my computer so I can open my mail?
I have Windows Vista. Thanks

 

Just noticed at the top that I have only thanked folks one time for their help. I always close my email by thanking whoever that replies. I really do appreciate all of your help and sorry if I'm not following some kind of protocol.
