Remove hotfixes question

    Hi!

My system was running very slowly and I decided it was about time I defragmented. Ran the Analyzer and, yeah, definitely need to. But in reading up on doing it, I find that I need at least 15% free space and I'm down to 5% on my C drive. Yikes.

So I got rid of a bunch of rarely used programs and that brought me to 11%. I saw all the hotfixes in Add/Remove and looked to see if I can get rid of those. Yes, with a nice little program by Doug Knox right here on MajorGeeks. BUT, can I just select specific ones?

I highlighted my oldest hotfix and tried to click Remove, but it's greyed out and doesn't respond. I was planning on just getting rid of everything before 2007. Is that do-able?

    Thanks for any help.
    Kathy
