I am very impressed with the performance of RemoveIt 2.4--it is appears to pick up viruses that AVG7 misses. I can't tell if there is a clash between the two since I installed RemoveIt 2.4; should I uninstall AVG7? Whovian33 (whiteturtle33@basicisp.net)

It's not a good Idea to have more then 1 AV program on a computer because they both do the same thing and will ultimatly conflict causing any number of problems on your computer.

As long as you don't RUN both AV programs AT ONCE, you should be ok. Pick the one you want running while you are on the net, close the other one down. When you are off the net you can run them one at a time for a "second opinion". Bazza

No. Just having more than one(1) AV INSTALLED can cause problems. The registry entries and other file entries and the operations they perform are what CONFLICT.
I may not have explained that EXACTLY in the correct jargon...but the message should be clear. :)
