I mistakenly installed some xp drivers on my dell 1525 laptop. The laptop is a vista edition. Can I just delete the xp 1525 drivers and reload with the vista 1525 drivers or do I need to reinstall the operating system and continue on to installing vista drivers? thanks in advance for any advise.

    Hi

Yes you can just uninstall either via add/remove if the drivers are listed there, or via device manager and right click the device/driver in question and choose uninstall, reboot and then re-install your correct drive.

I did as you suggested, It solved my driver problem, and I am beginning the next step of installing the windows updates. Thanks for your help.
