Removing Cooler Master Aquagate Mini HELP

Motherboard ID 08/15/2006-P965-ICH8-6A79LE1CC-00 is my motherboard

I want to COMPLETELY remove my watercooling system...Want the good ole heatsink/fan setup...

What would be a good way too go about removing the water-cooling system.. without spilling?

 

well if the rad is mounted inside your case you would not have to drain the coolant before removal ..but i guess the rads on the outside of your case so youll have to disconnect one of the barbs on the rad and drain the coolent than disconnect the rad all together remove water block,hoses and your done.

make sure you replace the backing plate if it was removed for the installation of the water block

 

Ive learned..

The Pump,Res. and Block are all in 1...

the Rad. Is mounted in my computer.. right under my PSU..

apparently there is a backplate under my motherboard

 

well you can just remove the pump,rad and block as one unit ..than install your heat sink and fan..im still not sure if you have to use the stock backing plate that came on the mother board ..

 

Since my rads. in my comp...

i can unscrew the rad...
unscrew the block/pump/res. combo...
pull it directly out of my computer...
take out mobo.. replace backplate, add new one for my heatsink/fancombo.. etc?
