Removing deldir0.exe file?

Hi,

Each time I boot my system (XP), I get an error message saying that the following can't be located:

"C:\DOCUME~1\KELLY\LOCALS~1\Temp\DELDIR0.EXE"

I ran hijack this and removed the 04 line which referenced the file and rebooted again. Still get the same message.

Where did this come from and how do I get rid of it? It's driving me crazy!

Attached is my latest hijack this log file as well.
