Removing embedded files

    Hi, I am a relative newbie (know just enough to be very dangerous) and would like some help with a number of issues please.
    Firstly I downloaded and ran Spybot, seemed to do its job ok, but as I watched it in progress it flicked through many files seeking dangerous ones, some of the names of these were surprising to say the least. Yet on a search I could not locate them to remove them.
    How can I find these files (if that is what they are) and how can I remove them.

    It is not showing you what it is finding. It is showing you what it is looking for at the time. When finished scanning, you get the list of what is found.
